Property Management by Investors, for Investors
AIMS Property Management was founded to challenge the traditional property management model.
Too often, property owners are served by systems designed around management fees, internal margins, and operational convenience. At AIMS, we take a fundamentally different approach — investors helping investors. We operate from the owner’s perspective, making decisions based on net operating income (NOI), asset value, and long-term performance.
We provide professional residential and multifamily property management services in Anchorage, Alaska, led by an active multifamily investor who understands property performance from the owner’s side of the balance sheet. Every strategy, recommendation, and operational decision is grounded in the same principles investors use to protect capital, control costs, and grow long-term value.
We don’t just manage properties.
We help investors make better decisions about their investments.

Whether you should sell or rent your property depends on factors such as potential cash flow, operating costs, market conditions, and your long-term investment goals. In many cases, renting can provide steady income and long-term appreciation, while selling may make sense if maintenance demands, market timing, or ownership goals have changed.
At AIMS Property Management, we help owners evaluate both options by looking at NOI, expense structure, and long-term asset strategy, so decisions are based on data, not guesswork.
