Property Management by Investors, for Investors

AIMS Property Management was founded to challenge the traditional property management model.

Too often, property owners are served by systems designed around management fees, internal margins, and operational convenience. At AIMS, we take a fundamentally different approach — investors helping investors. We operate from the owner’s perspective, making decisions based on net operating income (NOI), asset value, and long-term performance.

We provide professional residential and multifamily property management services in Anchorage, Alaska, led by an active multifamily investor who understands property performance from the owner’s side of the balance sheet. Every strategy, recommendation, and operational decision is grounded in the same principles investors use to protect capital, control costs, and grow long-term value.

We don’t just manage properties.

We help investors make better decisions about their investments.

Trevor “Evy” Evanson

A lifelong Alaskan, Trevor Evanson brings local expertise, disciplined leadership, and an owner-first mindset to property management. As an Army veteran with a deployment to Iraq, Trevor operates with accountability, structure, and a results-driven approach—qualities that directly benefit property owners seeking consistent performance and reliable execution.

With a background in construction, Trevor offers a distinct operational advantage. He understands buildings from the ground up, allowing him to proactively identify maintenance risks, control repair costs, and oversee vendors with a focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term asset preservation.

Since 2016, Trevor has been an active multifamily real estate investor, giving him a true owner’s perspective. He understands that effective property management is not about collecting rent—it is about maximizing net operating income, minimizing unnecessary expenses, and making data-driven decisions that improve property value over time.

Trevor manages each property as if it were his own, aligning operational strategy with ownership goals while maintaining transparency, compliance, and professional execution at every level.

Latia Evanson

Latia Evanson is a co-founder and principal of AIMS Property Management, where she helps lead the company’s mission to deliver disciplined, transparent property management that prioritizes long-term owner profitability while maintaining high standards for residents. Born and raised in Washington State, Latia proudly served in the U.S. military, shaping a leadership style rooted in accountability, structure, and consistency.

At AIMS, Latia plays a key role in investment strategy, operational oversight, and portfolio optimization. She is deeply committed to fostering owner and tenant harmony, recognizing that stable residents, fair enforcement, and transparent communication directly support stronger cash flow and long-term asset value. Her work reflects AIMS’ core belief that property management should protect investments, increase profitability, and create communities where expectations are clear and professionalism is the standard.
